TERNBUY Insurance covers the following three types of coverage:

1. Package Delay Insurance
   For certain routes, if your package takes more than 30–40 days to be delivered (counted from the shipment date), we will refund 20% of the shipping fee.

2. Customs Seizure Insurance
   If your package is confiscated by customs, we will compensate your package according to its condition and the TERNBUY Insurance compensation standards.

3. Package Loss/Damage Insurance
   If your package is lost or damaged, we will compensate your package according to its condition and the TERNBUY Insurance compensation standards.
