6. Disclaimer

  2. Ternbuy will purchase the specified product from the website specified by the user. If the website is out of stock, price changes, delivery delays, product abnormalities or other uncontrollable circumstances make the purchase unable to be completed as planned, we will communicate with the user in a timely manner.   • Support for pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes, or certain multi-level marketing schemes.

  • Transactions related to the purchase of annuities, lottery contracts, prepaid deposit systems, offshore banking, or financing or refinancing of credit card debt.

  • Selling items before the seller has control or possession of the item.

  • Payment processors collecting payments on behalf of merchants.

  • Transactions involving the sale of traveler’s checks or money orders.

  • Currency exchange or check cashing business.

  • Certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions or insurance activities.

  • Making or receiving payments related to bribery or corruption.

(4) Transactions involving:

Products or services identified by government agencies as potentially fraudulent.

8. Governing Law

Hong Kong law will govern and interpret this Service Agreement and any additional agreements providing services.
